Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver within Kuwait only.
  • Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation and are subject to product availability.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, public holidays, and courier availability.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact information.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 2 working days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • Original packaging, eyewear cases, accessories, and tags must be included.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
  • All returned products are subject to inspection before approval.

The above conditions apply to change-of-mind returns and exchanges and do not limit any rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Non-Eligible Items

Returns or exchanges may be declined for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products that have been altered or modified after purchase.
  • Items missing essential accessories or packaging, where this affects their resale condition.

These exclusions do not apply where the customer has a legal right to a remedy for a defective or incorrectly supplied product.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, where possible.
  • Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and issuing bank.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable where permitted by law.
  • If a product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect, Deluna Style will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement item is more expensive, the customer must pay the difference.
  • If the replacement item is less expensive, the difference will be refunded through the original payment method, where possible.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply to exchanges requested for personal preference, where permitted by law.
